Souvenir Events is a full-service Event Planning Company dedicated to creating unforgettable events for a wide range of clients and different industries. My name is Nicki Taeymans, I am the owner and manager at Souvenier Events and I have international experience in private events, corporate events and meetings, festivals, banquets, and more. We will plan your event from A to Z. This starts with the initial concept creation, understanding the idea behind your event. We then start with planning by finding a suitable venue for your event and by contacting all vendors.
Including your participants' tastebuds is essential to any succesfull event! We love to look for a catering that suits your company's image and make sure to respect all dietary requirements. Whether you need a snack in between meetings, or a 5-course dinner in an exclusive location, we take care of it.
Next to creating your unique concept, taking care of all the vendors and planning the event, we also make sure to coordinate all suppliers involved. We are present on the day of your event to answer participants' questions and guaranteeing a successfull operation of your event.
